In this live session recording from Uromigos Live & Unplugged 2024, moderator Thomas Powles, MD, leads panelists Toni Choueiri, MD; Laurence Albiges, MD, PhD; Hans Hammers, MD, PhD; and Tian Zhang, MD, MHS, in a discussion on defining the meaning of “oligometastatic” in renal cell carcinoma.

The panel discussion was based on the Uromigos’ definition of oligometastatic disease: “oligometastatic defines a group of patients who are fit enough for systemic therapy, but where the pace of disease and the number and site(s) of metastases are amenable to surveillance +/- local therapy.”
